Do you store added videos?

No. Your added files are processed locally in your web browser and are not sent to our servers. We can't see your added files or your generated slate. Your files are used only to create your slate and won't be recoverable after you leave the site, so be sure to download your finished video before exiting.

What information do you collect?

We collect limited technical analytics and error data to help improve the app and troubleshoot issues. This may include browser and device information, an anonymous session ID, file type, file size, video duration, resolution, generation timing, and technical error details.

Can I download Slate Me as an app?

Not publicly yet. The native Slate Me iOS app is currently in private testing and is planned for App Store release soon. It will require iOS 17 or later. Until then, you can use the browser version at slatemeapp.com.
